This policy explains what AnimateX collects, where your media is stored, which third parties process it, and the controls you have.
What we collect
Account data: your email address, display name and authentication records.
Content data: the photos and videos you upload, the prompts and settings you choose, and the media AnimateX generates for you.
Usage data: generation jobs, credit transactions, plan and subscription state, and error diagnostics used to keep the service running.
Where your media is stored
Uploads and generated media are stored in private cloud storage scoped to your user account. They are not listed publicly and are not browsable by other users.
The app displays your media through short-lived signed links that expire automatically. Database access is protected by row-level security so a record can only be read by the account that owns it.
Third parties who process data
AI generation providers receive the specific image, video frame or prompt needed to run a generation you requested. They do not receive your account credentials.
Our payment processor handles checkout, subscriptions and billing. Card details are entered directly with the processor and never reach AnimateX servers.
Our cloud database, authentication and storage provider hosts your account and media.
Retention and deletion
You can delete your account from your profile page. This removes your profile, uploads, generated media, projects, characters, scenes and stories.
Payment and invoice records are retained where accounting or tax law requires it, and are held by our payment processor under their own policy. Credit ledger entries tied to those payments may be retained in anonymised form for the same reason.
Diagnostic logs are retained for a short period and then discarded.
Your choices
You can delete individual projects, characters and media at any time from within the app.
You can cancel a subscription at any time from the billing portal without contacting support.

Children
AnimateX is not intended for children under 13, or under the minimum age of digital consent where you live. We do not knowingly collect data from them.
