Terms of Service

1. Your account

You need an account to create with AnimateX. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

You may delete your account at any time from your profile page. Deletion removes your uploads, generated media, projects, characters, scenes and stories, subject to the retention described in the Privacy Policy.

2. Content you upload

You must own the media you upload, or have permission from the rights holder to use it with AnimateX.

If a photo or video shows another person, you must have that person's permission to use their likeness and voice. You may not upload media of a person who has not consented, and you may not create content that impersonates a real person in a misleading or harmful way.

You keep ownership of the media you upload. You grant AnimateX only the permissions needed to store, process and generate output for you.

3. Generated results

AnimateX uses third-party AI models. Output is probabilistic: results vary between runs and may not match your prompt, may contain visual artefacts, and are not guaranteed to be suitable for any particular purpose.

Subject to these terms and the AI & User Content Policy, you may use the media you generate, including commercially. You are responsible for checking that your use is lawful where you are.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use AnimateX to create unlawful, abusive, harassing, hateful, sexually explicit content involving minors, deceptive political content, or content that infringes someone else's rights.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and may remove content that is reported as unlawful.

5. Credits and subscriptions

AnimateX credits are an in-app allowance used to run generations. They have no cash value and are not transferable between accounts.

Paid plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancellation, refunds and failed-payment handling are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Service availability

AnimateX is beta software provided on an as-is basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, and features, limits and pricing may change during the beta.

Generation depends on third-party AI and payment providers. Outages, capacity limits or provider policy changes may prevent generations from completing.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, AnimateX is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or loss of content. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continuing to use AnimateX after a change means you accept the updated terms.
